    Extra Product Information

  • The 3M Trizact PSA Film Disc 268XA typically is used during the middle of a sequence to help bring the workpiece one step closer to the matte, semi-gloss, or high gloss finish desired
  • While it may be run damp, the disc requires little water for effective results
  • The 3M Trizact PSA Film Disc 268XA uses 3M microreplication technology to produce an engineered surface of patterned, microscopic, three-dimensional structures resembling pyramids
  • As the pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is exposed to produce a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish
  • The disc's pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing helps facilitate easy disc-to-tool attachment
  • Attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker
  • The PSA disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc
  • Disc rolls offer the convenience of quickly tearing off a disc and eliminate the need to remove individual disc liners
  • PSA discs are used in conjunction with a PSA or 3M Stikit Backup Pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) attached to a random orbital sander.

    • Product Information

  • Colour-coded by grade to help identify steps during multi-step sequences
  • Features 3M microreplicated technology for a fast, sustained cut and consistent finish
  • Great for polishing and finishing on a variety of substrates, from glass to acrylic
  • Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing provides swift and easy disc to tool attachment
