3M™ Fire Barrier Dryer Ventilation Wrap can provide single-layer 1-hour fire protection rating for small sheet steel duct systems like clothes dryer, bathroom and domestic kitchen exhaust equipment. This strong, lightweight wrap has a foil-encapsulated scrim, contains no asbestos and is flexible for easy installation. This wrap is tested to ASTM E2816 Condition B.

The strong material is designed for easy installation: lightweight so it’s easy to carry and flexible so it’s easy to manipulate and install around ducting. This wrap system delivers 1-hour Fire and Temperature Ratings for dryer, bathroom and domestic kitchen ventilation ductwork, fits tight spaces and can lay directly on supporting beams and other wood construction. It contains no asbestos, reducing the amount of equipment workers need to carry and wear. This wrap has been tested to ASTM E2816 Condition B.
