- Pour approximately 2-4 fl oz of Scotch-Brite™ Quick Clean Griddle Liquid 701 evenly over the medium-hot griddle surface at 300-350°F, or 149-177°C.
- Immediately spread the liquid with the pad using moderate pressure to scour burnt-on food soil and cooking residue.

- For heavily soiled surfaces, apply additional liquid and repeat the cleaning steps as needed.
- Turn the griddle off. Wipe the surface thoroughly with a thick wet cloth. Use a long-handled holder where appropriate to help avoid contact with steam.
